Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, White Lotus International does not accept returns or offer refunds once products have been sold and delivered.
All products purchased from our website are final sale.
Damaged or Expired Products
In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, defective, or expired, customers may request a replacement subject to the following conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue.
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Once verified by our team, we will arrange for a replacement of the affected item at no additional cost.
Non-Eligible Situations
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Products that have been consumed or partially used
- Issues caused by improper storage or handling by the customer
- Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality
White Lotus International reserves the right to verify and approve all replacement requests.
