Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order only before it has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and registered contact details.
Cancellation by White Lotus International
In rare circumstances, we may cancel an order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Errors in pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Logistical or delivery limitations
If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is successfully approved before dispatch, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
Important Note
Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return & Replacement Policy for information regarding damaged or expired products.
